Eat to Win
Join me to learn to Eat to Win for the rest of your life! Yes, you can both enjoy all the foods you love and achieve your health goals at the same time. That time is NOW. This is no quick fix (spoiler alert – there’s no such thing!).
This program is for anyone who is ready for a stable, long term approach to living a healthy life. Trade in the extremes of deprivation or overindulgence and learn tools to make conscious choices that align with all of your desires in balance. Most of us want to indulge at times, and all of us can benefit from a strong will that keeps us on track with our goals, even when they take serious Warrior Power.
We will jump on the January health wave for a month of low carb cleansing – fair warning our regimen will include lots of green veggies! In February we will play with Intermittent Fasting, learning about Diet Variation – while bringing a few of the eliminated foods back into the mix. March signals the last weeks of the program, when you will ride the bike with training wheels as you get ready to venture out on your own, strong and confident in your capacity to get where you want to go with your beloved vehicle.
At the end of the 12 weeks you will have an arsenal of delicious, easy to prepare, super healthy meals and snacks you LOVE. You will have a full toolbox to support healthy eating habits – at home, work or at social engagements. You will have clarity regarding your relationship with stress, rest and exercise, and understand how to be the boss regarding how they each show up in your life.
Mondays 6:45-8pm PST we will connect on Zoom Meeting for a Weekly Class, along with Q&A time (classes will be recorded for those with time conflicts). You will receive Nutrition, Food Preparation and Healthy Lifestyle Education, Practices to move from self-judgment to self-support, and enjoy group momentum fueled by unconditional cheering on (including a FB closed group for during and after the program).
